Trying to get the recent threads to span the length of the bit in the welcome box. I'm not sure what's affecting the width.

Error when applying Theme

Hello friends. I come bearing a weird issue I'm trying to figure out.

I have a new site, nothing changed except some plugins uploaded. I have a theme that I purchased from that I am trying to set. When trying to import it, I had a few issues that were resolved by:

modified perms to appropriate 777 etc via ftp
turned off modsecurity
changed .htaccess to get rid of the .txt

Was able to upload it finally without an error howeverrrrrrrrr - now when i try to select the theme, i get a generic 505 error.

After googling around a bit, I tried adjusting from php8 back to php7.4 with no difference ( thank god i don't want to go down in php).

HELLO. i am utilizing the guidebook using global templates that widow shared.
i also purchased this code piece and want to use the sidebar just for the guidebook. i have a theme, i just need to utilize it to set up the guidebook. i have worn myself out translating all these plugins i'm tryna translate, so my brain is soup.

can anyone do a quick walkthrough for me? i keep seeming to mess up trying to get it just for the guidebook styling lmao

Site Time Code?

I am trying to add a code to our index page or footer template that displays the site time (Arizona time) to members so it's easier to reference. Our events and deadlines follow this specific time zone and we have members from all different time zones, so I'm thinking it'll just make things easier for everyone.

I first tried putting in the "current time" from MyBB's default code, but it only displays what the member has set for their time zone rather than the site's default time zone. I did confirm that in the forum settings the default is set to Arizona time (-7 GMT).

So I'm having a hard time finding anything for this. There is this old thread (which I think was actually posted by Widow under her old alias?), but I'm not sure if this code is 1) free to use or 2) still accurate and 3) how to even implement it.

If anyone has any idea on how to make some kind of code for this, I would really appreciate it!

EDIT: In case anyone was curious, I ended up finding a code through this site and it works pretty well

Coding issue - All text is forced to be left aligned

Hi! I'm seeking out some coding help. So far I've been able to help a friend troubleshoot some little coding things on her site but this one I'm absolutely stumped on. For some reason the text in posts is left aligned even if you use center or align tags. I've combed through all the css and the postbit template but cannot figure out what the issue is. All is fine on the default theme so it's definitely this custom theme. Unfortunately we have no way of connecting with the original coder of the theme to ask for help.

Website Host Changes

I'm attempting two different host changes for two separate websites and both have come up with their own error. One simply has the site url populate whenever loading any page on the website, while the other has an error message. A weird issue with SCEditor

Hi, me again with another random problem after updating MyBB to the latest version :')

For some reason for mobile users, the SCEditor textarea is being cut off after a few lines. Here's a photo a user sent me of the issue (sorry for photo of screen, it's not from me lol):

I can't seem to replicate this on my system, but I have an entirely different issue when trying to reply on mobile, where it shows me a whole code snippet in the SCEditor:

Any thoughts? I'm baffled.

Super strange css issue I'm having.... wondering if anyone has any insight.

i'm trying to get my accountlist dropdown to display over top of everything else. right now, as you can see, it's behind the search bar. i've tried z-index but that doesn't appear to be helping?

is what i tried. also tried position:relative

i'm sure this is something simple lmao. any suggestions as to what i'm missing here?
