Support Requirements
In order to receive support on these forums you must follow these guidelines.
  1. We follow the MyBB support eligibility policy along with a few of our own requirements, if you don't have the minimum copyright for MyBB software you do not get support here either.
  2. Provide a link to your website so we can make sure you follow the guidelines as well as further inspect elements to achieve a better answer.
  3. Details, details, DETAILS! Screenshots, steps taken before/to incident, code bits, etc.
  4. If you're asking 'how to' support questions please thoroughly describe what you are trying to achieve.
Do not provide support to anyone that does not meet the eligibility policy. Report threads for those who violate this.
